Our technicians are highly trained and fully certified to ensure safe, effective service. Qualifications include:

  • Two-year technical degree in HVAC service and repair
  • EPA certification for refrigerant handling
  • NCCER HVACR training
  • OSHA 10-hour safety training

This level of expertise allows us to accurately diagnose and repair all types of heating and cooling systems.

Yes. Most residential customers choose spring and fall maintenance visits to prepare their systems for seasonal changes. During each visit, we inspect and test key components, including:

  • Refrigerant levels
  • Temperature differential (supply/return)
  • Motor amperage and voltage
  • Control systems
  • Electrical connections
  • Coil and drain pan condition
  • Condensate drainage

If coils need cleaning, that service is available for an additional fee. Repairs are only made with customer approval. We also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans, customized to meet your home or business needs.

Yes. We have on-call service technicians available for emergency repairs outside of regular business hours. Please note that after-hours service is billed at 1.5 times our standard hourly rate.

In most cases, we can respond the same day. We schedule calls on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to emergency situations such as no cooling, no heat, or safety concerns. Our long-time customers appreciate our responsiveness and flexibility.
