If coils need cleaning, that service is available for an additional fee. Repairs are only made with customer approval. We also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans, customized to meet your home or business needs.
Yes. We have on-call service technicians available for emergency repairs outside of regular business hours. Please note that after-hours service is billed at 1.5 times our standard hourly rate.
In most cases, we can respond the same day. We schedule calls on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to emergency situations such as no cooling, no heat, or safety concerns. Our long-time customers appreciate our responsiveness and flexibility.
